As the air turns crisper and the fall foliage returns, we know you’ll want to get out and enjoy the beauty of fall in Chicagoland! There’s no better way to take it all in then a walk or jog on one of magnificent trails in the area. Best of all there’s lots of fantastic walks and runs going on this fall! Need some fall running inspiration? We have a few fav places to prep! If you haven’t yet, check out the Fullersburg and Graue Mill Loop Trail. At 3.40 this peaceful trail boasts springs, bridges, and historical landmarks along the way. Great for all ages!
If you prefer conditioning inside, the La Grange Park District will be officially opening the doors to La Grange Fitness on September 11th. In addition to the 1/8 mile indoor track, the center also boasts 40 pieces of cardio equipment and 30 pieces of weight equipment.
